Dilema

Eelko and Mehdi,

I take this opportunity to extend my gratitude to the swift response in regards to my little dilema last week. I was extremely impressed in the way you both teamed together and returned the troubled items back to us so quickly. It saved us many headaches.

After further testing of our products and V 9.0 , I discovered a few more errors. After discussing this further with Eelko , he then came out on site to assess the issues hands on. We then discovered that we weren't running the most up to date version. Once the patch was installed most of the issues were fixed, so once again thanks for the extra effort Eelko. As discussed on Friday I think it is important that I receive any further correspondance in regards to upgrades etc. directly.

I truly appreciate the effort that all staff at Arkitech / Graphisoft go to , in suppporting us in the development of ArchiCAD.

What we thought was a corrupt file...

Dear Maurizio,

I am taking this opportunity to thank you for your urgent attention to our mini drama of a few weeks ago. I was impressed that you immediately acted and arranged for us to send, what we thought was a corrupt file, to Hungary.

You also, after further distressed conversations, kindly came out to our studio and tried to understand for yourself what may be the problem. Strangely enough as you discovered the file wasn’t corrupt it was just that our ArchiCAD 8.1 had not been updated to the latest version.

It is obviously crucial to be informed when an update or patch has been created, to ensure the optimum performance for our software.

I hope in the near future to discuss upgrading our licences to the latest ArchiCAD version.
