Tertiary institutions are preparing for the industry change and encouraging their students to use technology that suffices. However, it is challenging to effect such a curriculum change within an institution, both to ensure that lecturers can understand and communicate the BIM process and that students can benefit from using this technology innovation.

Graphisoft has created courseware and curriculum material specific to the BIM process that is now available as a FREE download from the web. The content includes lecture notes, teachers notes and corresponding powerpoint presentations and is not specific to one particular software.
