Architecture Graduate Years Experience Required: 3-5 years experience We are seeking an Architecture Graduate with proficient ARCHICAD knowledge to work Permanent Contract, either full or part time. Hours may be flexible and negotiated. Our office operates out of the Architect’s own home in Beacon Hill NSW so the successful applicant should be comfortable with this type of environment including a medium sized friendly dog. Living locally is an advantage along with owning a vehicle. It has a relaxed friendly atmosphere with 2-3 people. We like to focus on eco friendly principles so a passion in this area is ideal. Current projects consist of new dwellings, alterations and additions to dwellings and the occasional small commercial project. The ideal candidate should have experience in domestic architecture and enjoying communicating with clients and consultants. The job description includes being a project architect (working as part of the team) from Pre-Design through to Completion. Work would include documentation for Council submission, construction and joinery detailing. The position will be available early August.
